This 'speaks' via a 9600 baud serial UART interface.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI paired this sensor with the '\u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.curiouselectric.co.uk\/collections\/featured\/products\/cheese-board-cheddar\" target=\"_blank\"\u003eCheeseboard' which is an ESP8266 development board\u003c\/a\u003e that we already sell here. I also wrote a nice set of code that allows the user to relate to the data in different ways, such as with a direct value from the sensor, seeing the rate of change of the value or integrating the readings over time.
